About a week before Christmas, we had a big surprise birthday bash for the kids that didn't get their own birthday party for 2007 -- Kristofer, Keva, Kylie, Kade and Konner. Keri Lynn and Kathleen made the invitations and passed them out. Keith took the birthday people out on some errands while the rest of us decorated.

The whole group -- that's a pack of kids, huh!
The obligatory silly shot -- a reward for standing patiently for the first picture.
We played several games. Here they are lined up "neatly" in two lines.
"Are we having fun yet?"
The cake with 14 + 12 + 9 + 7 + 6 candles on it! Keri Lynn baked the cakes and I put it together and decorated it.
All the birthday people blew out the candles together
And the fire department came a few minutes later because of the smoke bellowing from our house . . . just kidding!
Kathleen and a friend nearly singlehandedly blew up a ton of balloons that were cheerfully popped toward the end of the party.
